The scope of this project is building a new, concrete 2 lane bridge that goes over the river and the BNSF Railroad. It will replace the wooden single lane bridge into the reserve. This project is in Ridgefield, WA at the National Wildlife Refuge and is scheduled for completion in mid 2020.
