Retrofits to Delridge CSO No. 2 and CSO No. 3 control facilities in order to bring the facilities into regulatory compliance. The work includes construction of new flow diversion structures, site and right-of-way piping improvements, improvements to flow control at the facilities, and electrical and instrumentation improvements. Site landscaping including soil amendments, plantings, and landscape architectural features.
