Manitowoc MLC300 Crawler Crane Breakdown, Transport, Assemble
Our project in Ridgefield no longer needed our MLC300, so we broke it down and transported it 200 Miles North to its new project home in Kenmore. The Manitowoc isn't as complicated to breakdown and assemble as one might think. All the main structural components, like the crawlers and the base of the boom, go together with hydraulic pins. Included in the video is a time-lapse of the crawlers being installed. The crew had the help of a Manitowoc crane specialist to help with the process but our crew did all the heavy lifting and transporting. This was our first time disassembling the Manitowoc MLC and our second time assembling it. Kenworth Trucks with the heavy hauling power, Aspen, Wilson and Trail King Trailers with the heavy load strength.
2019 Ceccanti Inc Construction Company Video
The 2019 Ceccanti Company video highlights action from construction projects and trophy truck racing that went down over the year. Everything from Manitowoc crane action to excavators digging and loading trucks, its all there!
We tried to include shots from as many jobsites as we were allowed. Im sorry to the employees of the sites I was not allowed to film or release footage.
We couldn't have done any of this without our hard working employees and for that we are very thankful.
Excavators At Work, Digging And Loading Dump Trucks For Earth Work Excavation Project
Everyone loves seeing excavators at work! Especially when they are digging and loading up dump trucks! This pond excavation site video takes place at Project #818; the Woodland Creek Water Quality Retrofit for Pierce County. Located at 104th and Woodland Ave in Puyallup, WA, we highlight the mass earth work excavation process and progression of our crews at work.
We are excavating this pond as a sediment and storm water treatment for the water that flows down the Woodland Creek before making its way to Clarks Creek then the Puyallup River.
Liebherr and Manitowoc Construction Cranes At Work: Bridge Girder Install Over River and Train Track
Using Liebherr and Manitowoc Construction Cranes, Ceccanti and Ness Campbell work together to install the last of the bridge girders at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. Piers 1 to 3 go over the river and Pier 3 to Abutment 2 go over the BNSF Train Tracks.
The cranes used for the bridge girder install were our Manitowoc MLC300 and Ness Campbells Liebherr LTM1500 and Grove GMK 5275.
CUMMINS N14 Engine Rebuild Time-Lapse
N14 CUMMINS turbo diesel engine rebuild on one of our Kenworth T880 trucks. Our mechanic Kody did this rebuild with the help of Brand and Dakota all done in-house! This is a unique truck to Ceccanti because its one of our companies first rigs, its number is C-9, the first is C-5. This rig has over 660,000 miles and we want to make it last more than a million!
We take pride in having the best mechanics and being able to complete all our repairs and maintenance done in house. Without them, we would be much less efficient in the field!
